Our little acrobat

Well baby flipped back around and now we are anxiously awaiting for her arrival. The kids keep hoping that today is the day. If baby doesn't come before Monday, I'll be induced Monday morning. According to the last ultrasound she is still weighing less than our other kids. She may break our record in the opposite direction as being the smallest baby we've had!

Flip Baby Flip

So for every ultrasound we've had with this pregnancy baby has been head down ready to make her debut. As of Tuesday she decided to somersault and be breech. She's already following in Kaden's footsteps, who did this exact thing to me at about the same time in my pregnancy with him, but was a much larger baby. Fortunately, Kaden flipped back down in time for me to be induced. I'm hoping baby will also decide to turn before my due date or before I go into labor, whichever comes first. She should have plenty of room since she's estimated to be about 4 pounds lighter than Kaden. I have another ultrasound and doctor appointment on Tuesday to see what baby has decided to do. If she's still breech I get a scheduled c-section. If she turns around they will induce me to prevent her from doing anymore flips.

Happy Birthday Kelsie

Kelsie is now 10 years old. Can you believe it?! Her first 8 years of life were spent revolving around princesses, especially Cinderella. It was then all about Hannah Montana/Miley Cyrus and that is slowly fading out to make room for Harry Potter! She finished reading the Harry Potter series last summer and this year she is reading them for the 2nd time. It seems at least once a day there is some reference to the magical world of Harry.

It's A Girl!!

Yesterday we went in for our ultrasound and found out we are adding a little girl to our family. Kaden was with us when we found out and couldn't be more excited. When the technician said it was a girl Kaden's remark was "YES!". He's pretty excited to be a big brother. Kelsie, Zack and I were also especially excited, but Kyler needed a little help. He was hoping for another brother because his big sister is too bossy for him :)
